1. Shipping Area

We offer free shipping to most countries within Europe. Delivery availability may vary for certain remote locations, islands, or regions outside our current logistics coverage. If shipping is unavailable to your address or you require a special delivery arrangement, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to assist you.

2. Shipping Time & Methods

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within one business day.

For in-stock orders: Shipping is initiated within 1–2 business days.

For pre-sale orders: Please refer to the product page for the most up-to-date shipping timeline.

If there is any shipping delay caused by inventory issue, we will notify our customer at the earliest opportunity.

The shipping method varies by destination to ensure efficient and reliable delivery. To expedite shipping, we may split orders with multiple items into separate packages. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends. Delivery timelines may be affected by external factors such as weather, traffic disruptions, holidays, customs policies, or other unforeseen events. If your shipment is delayed, please contact our service team for updated tracking info.

3. Shipping Fees & Taxes

Remote Area Fees and Expedited Delivery: Deliveries to remote areas may incur additional fees and extended delivery times. And please note that shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Remote Countries with Special Shipping Rates:

For the following remote countries, the shipping fees are as follows:

Standard Shipping (15-30 Days): $25

Expedited Shipping (5-15 Days): $50

Taxes for European Union (EU) Countries:

For most products shipped to destinations within the European Union, all applicable taxes are included in the final price displayed at checkout. Customers are not required to pay any additional duties or taxes upon delivery.

Please note that if the customer selects fast shipping at checkout, customs duties or import taxes may be imposed by the destination country. In such cases, the customer shall be solely responsible for the payment and settlement of any applicable charges.

4. Shipping Changes & Order Cancellations

Before Shipping:

After Shipping:

For quality-related issues: Customers are eligible for a full refund or product replacement.

For non-quality-related issues: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
