How to: Choose the right banana plug?

Closed Screw Type. All Fosi amplifiers use standard-sized speaker terminals (4mm pins).
Easy to wire up and solidly connect to amplifier and passive speaker.
If they do not fit, use a little force to tighten the plugs.

How to Diagnose Power Supply Failure?

The following situations may cause this issue
Case 1: The LED on the power supply does not light up; Case 2: Amp/Preamp does not turn on; Case 3: When plugged into the Amp, both light on the amp & power supply start blinking; Case 4: Amp/Preamp make noise; Case 5: Sound shuts off by itself
Possible solution
Check if the power supply is illuminated when plugged into AC by itself.

Plug power supply into a different socket.

Test the adapter with a meter.

Try a different power supply (within a range of DC input).

Test the included power supply on other electrical equipment.

Works perfect. Bought this for a min-pc that shares the same power needs that this power adapter fits. I bought this so that I could have a low profile plug as opposed to the fat power bricks that mini-pcs come with which don't fit on surge protectors. So far this works great and I don't have any issues with my mini-pc.

A few weeks ago we had a nearby lightning strike that damaged several electronic items around our pool. Our Fosi Audio power supply was one of those. Thankfully a factory replacement was available and at a very reasonable price. We ordered right away and our new power supply arrived quickly. We are back to enjoying music at our hot tub. second try, good power adapter

i had some trouble sourcing an adapter of this spec. I'm happy fosi carries it.

The first one i had made a weird clicking sound. It didn't let the amp get enough power for a passive set of bookshelf speakers. The second works though!

Satisfied but surprised

I have 4 Fosi amps and they are powered on continuously and the power adapters are beginning to fail so appreciate being able to only purchase the power supply. The surprise was when it arrived it was not the exact replacement but I assume it’s the correct one because it has the word “Replacement” printed on the back.
