How to: Choose the right banana plug?

Closed Screw Type. All Fosi amplifiers use standard-sized speaker terminals (4mm pins).
Easy to wire up and solidly connect to amplifier and passive speaker.
If they do not fit, use a little force to tighten the plugs.

How to Diagnose Power Supply Failure?

The following situations may cause this issue
Case 1: The LED on the power supply does not light up; Case 2: Amp/Preamp does not turn on; Case 3: When plugged into the Amp, both light on the amp & power supply start blinking; Case 4: Amp/Preamp make noise; Case 5: Sound shuts off by itself
Possible solution
Check if the power supply is illuminated when plugged into AC by itself.

Plug power supply into a different socket.

Test the adapter with a meter.

Try a different power supply (within a range of DC input).

Test the included power supply on other electrical equipment.

Small footprint - good sound.

Excellent product

This device delivers exactly what I wanted. To be honest, I my expectations were surpassed. It's silent and transparent. It's a big step up from the built-in preamp in my Audio-Technica lpw30TK. Well worth the $39.99 price tag.
Gave 4 stars as the Fosi website said shipping was 2-6 days in my region and took 16 and the tracking info I was initially given didn't work, but got tracking info after I sent an email.
Definitely recommend.

I really appreciated the time their customer service took to help me get set up! I thought I had the wrong parts, but they helped me figure out how to get it working without having to buy yet another amplifier. Very quick and thorough.

Works as advertised

I'm not an audiophile so I don't have anything really to compare it to, but it works as a pre-amp from my low-end technics turntable to my Fosi BT30 amplifier and sounds good. The grounding post is handy since the BT amps don't have a ground the way traditional receivers do.

It worked

The phono inputs on my receiver were mediocre at best. Disappointing on an otherwise great receiver. Added a very basic phono preamp, now it sounds spectacular. $34 how about that for an excellent value!
