Connected very easily. Lights look good. Controls volume of TV very easily. Knob has no ends, so you will feel to keep moving it or playing with it once you are not using for increasing or decreasing the volume. I Ioved ❤️ the Vol20.

I love this. I no longer need to have a volume knob on my keyboards - I can control the volume anywhere with the VOL20. The build quality is excellent, and it feels solid and heavy. Very easy to connect to PC. I highly recommend to get one.

Great addition to my desk setup. I love the weight and feel of the knob. I find myself adjusting the volume just because I want to use the VOL20. 😂 Great product and good value!

I used this for my motorcycle so I could easily turn up and down the volume and it is perfect. I love I can change the LED color to match the Black/Red theme. The VOL20 is the only bluetooth know like this available. I tried a few different ones, USB included and none of them worked well. Well-built.

The knob has a nice feel and weight to it. I actually don't mind the wobble. I would rate this 5 stars but the bluetooth connection is terrible. It constantly disconnects and reconnects. It's sitting 6 inches from my mini pc so it's not a range issue. I have tried it on 3 different pc's and they all exhibit the same behavior. Also windows has no idea what the battery percentage is at, it just seems to give a random number. Hopefully they come out with a gen 2 with either better bluetooth or a 2.4ghz dongle. I would buy it in a heartbeat.

Funky looking device that connects esily and works well. Also has good battery life and easy to recharge. The turning knob doesn't have a crisp volume control fell and has a floaty/wobblely feel, not firm like an amp volume control. 3/5

Knob works great, but the other comments about the "play" in the dial is very true. There's about 3mm of wobble in the dial which is very noticeable, and while it doesn't impact function, it degrades the feeling compared to a smooth and solid bearing.
The weight is pleasing, and BT connectivity works as it's supposed to.
Battery life is great - 25+ days with the "light when used" setting, and charges quickly.

Let me start by saying that I love this volume control. Fit and finish is excellent however, windows constantly reports a low battery state even on a full charge and it is extremely annoying. I swapped the unit out through Amazon because the first one was doing this as well. Hard to believe this would be user error or a case of RTFM.

I use this as my volume control when listening to music. It's much easier to use than the controls on the laptop, tablet, or phone I normally use. Not only is it handy to use, It also allows for very fine control. No more accidental spikes in volume due to over adjusting. One improvement I would suggest is to make the ability to skip forward easier to use.

Works well, though the bluetooth lag takes some getting used to. Also, I find the pause/ff/rew button to be mounted too low, it’s hard to make good thumb contact when it’s laying flat on the desk.
