Best buy desktop AMP out there

I am very pleased with V3. got it with 48v 5A power supply. Plenty of power to drive my wharfedale 12.1i. Sound is clean and I dont hear it has any impact on sound signature for my speakers.

Amazing value

I was looking around for a cheap amp to power up a pair of Klipsch kb15 that i got as a gift. Thought in setting them up on my computer to use them to play some music (im tired of headphones). Saw couple reviews and suggestions on youtube and i got very intriged (thanks a lot cheapaudioman). Bought a V3 it and it arrived today.
The construction is quite sturdy, elegant yet simple, the V3 will easily blend in any enviroment you place it.
I hooked it to my PC and wow, just wow.
The clarity that im getting from the speakers is amazing, the separation, revealing instruments that were muddled in my mind for too long on alexa devices, and cheap BT receivers.
The setup its pretty straight forward, make sure you got all required cables, cause there is none incluided in the package, just the amp and the power source.
Ive being listening to music non stop for at least 4 hours and im in love already.

Stunning amp

I am using it to drive 150w 8ohm speakers in a decent sized room.
The sound quality is exceptional, even at low volumes.
The stereo seperation sucks you in, and the lack of any noise that shouldn't be there still amazes me well over a month later.
I really do recommend this amp. I bought the uprated power supply for mine.
Its compact size, and abilty to pump out the power will bring your old speakers back to life again.

Easy to Recommend

I recently decided to bring my old bookshelf speakers out of hibernation and needed an amp to power them. I saw a lot of very positive reviews for the Fosi Audio V3 and decided to try it. Long story short, it works and sounds great. I like the small size and the clean design. It also has a very high quality feel to it. If I had a nitpick, it would be that I wish it had a power switch separate from the volume knob. I have since also gotten the Fosi P4 preamp and the Box X5 phono preamp. I would also recommend those. Also, a consistent LED color and brightness between Fosi products would be appreciated.

A little Beast

The V3 surprised me immediately.

I bought it for surround/rear channel duties in my 5.1 setup, expecting a compact and efficient amp, but what I got was something that sounds much bigger and more refined than its size suggests.

The sound is clean, dynamic and controlled, with a very effortless presentation. Even at higher listening levels it stays composed and never becomes harsh or fatiguing.

What I especially like is how easily it blends into a multi-amplifier setup. In my system it works alongside ZA3 and BT30D Pro amplifiers and still feels perfectly at home sonically.

Build quality is excellent, the amp runs cool and the compact form factor makes placement very easy.

For anyone building a serious desktop, stereo or surround setup, the V3 is an amazing value.

Great little amps

Does a massive job pushing 8 inch in-walls, clarity and basscontrol received a massive bump compared to previous amp. A bit shocked actually how big of an impact the amp has on sound, really noticeable on songs you know really well.

Truly impressed!

I bought it in September 2024 and I still maintain that it's the ideal amplifier for small/medium spaces. Its simple and clean design makes it even more appealing��just one knob to turn it on and control the volume, and a blue LED indicates that it's powered on. In design, they say less is more, and in this case, it applies perfectly.
All the materials are high quality.
The sound is another story altogether; the clarity and definition you can achieve are truly surprising. In my case, I have it connected to some Beovox S45-2 speakers, and it drives them without any problems. Highly recommended.

V3 stereo made Polk 4 ohm sparkle!

I built boxes (see photos) for an old pair of Polk 200 watt 4ohm 6x9s with tuned passive radiators along with a 50 watt powered sub so I could have a garage set. They sounded good but I always thought more power than an 85 wpc Yamaha amp would really let them shine. Well the little Fosi with a 48V/5A power supply lit these up like the 4th of July. 5 stars all around for clarity, female vocals, that "just right" balance of punchy bass and twinkling treble, outstanding instrument separation, 3D image, wide soundstage, musicality and POWER. I normally listen at conversation level but experimenting with the volume I can tell you this class D amp could start a block party. I want to get another one for my Boston Acoustics towers in my listening room.

Absolutely fantastic !

This one is really really a good thing. I woke up my 1992 B&W Matrix 805, after they have been unused for several years, because they sounded very terrible on my Yamaha R-S202D Stereo receiver.. now I found this type of mini amplifier, I've never noticed it before.. the fosi v3 was the best buy in the last years for me. I've never heard my speakers with such a powerful, clear, wide sound stage. Absolutely recommend this one, and better get it with the 48v/5A power supply.

Great for the Money

Was looking for a cheap amp to pair with my expensive desktop speakers. This does the trick and then some. Enough volume to have a party at my desk. The volume control isn't perfectly linear (most of the "control" is in the first 50% of the knob turn), but the knob's action itself is smooth and satisfying to fiddle with. I recommend using banana plugs because the terminals are on the small side.

Sounds great without background nois

The two amplifiers P3 and V3 300W feed my two infinity alpha40 8 ohms. The volume from the mobilephone is good, but not too strong. With the minidisk, on the other hand, you can turn up the volume quite a bit. I use a 48V 5A power supply.

Use it for desktop pushing two power hungry job speakers and it does amazing with that. ??. I have the 48v power adapter too so maybe that helps. The separation is awesome too

Fantastic Amplifier and Customer Service

What a great product for my application. There have been plenty of excellent reviews elsewhere about the audio performance and build quality. I've driven all kinds of speakers from Dahlquist DQ-10's to Quad ESL-63's and even some Sony SS-CS5's. Let me add my very positive opinion.
I don't think enough has been said about the excellent Customer Support. I've had my V3 since June 2023. Last week there was a loud *SNAP* sound that came from the 48V power supply, and everything wend dead. I brought up the V3 on my lab 45V power supply and it was fine. Measuring the power supply output revealed that yes, it was dead. One email to Fosi started correspondence with Summer, the support rep, and within days I received a replacement 48V power supply. No complicated paperwork, no excuses, no hassle just excellent customer support and a happy user.
Keep in mind that the power supply is not built by Fosi, yet they covered replacement under warranty. To me that is EXCELLENT customer care.
